After months of planning, I'm proud to share the launch of my new digital home: torreshospitalityconsulting.com
It's a clear, practical showcase of the services I offer: from ancillary revenue strategy to cross-departmental workshops, diagnostics, and event organization.

New season, new style
Over the past few months, Hospi•Tech•lity has spotlighted some of the world's best business minds: from Robert Greene to Daniel Pink, from behavioral science to leadership psychology.
Now, it's time for something a bit different.
Moving forward, I'll be making this newsletter more personal and practical. Less theory, more day-to-day strategy. I'll share what I'm seeing in the field: what's working for clients, where teams get stuck, and how we can challenge our industry's assumptions.
